* m4/compiler.m4:
Added `-features=castop' compiler flag and completed support for
`-features=rtti' via `--enable-rtti'. These flags only work for
Sun C++ 4.2. Added support for the `-noex' Sun C++ compiler flag
when the user disables exception handling.
