. DAnCE has been made an entirely separate product from CIAO, and has
  been moved from ACE_wrappers/TAO/CIAO/DAnCE to
  ACE_wrappers/TAO/DAnCE.

. The Config Handlers have been moved from the CIAO namespace to the
  DAnCE namespace.
