This version of ACE was downloaded as a big tarball from the ACE FTP
and repackaged as using uscan:
$ uscan --force-download --repack --verbose --watchfile debian/watch
* ACE-src-<version>.tar.gz is retrieved from:
http://download.dre.vanderbilt.edu/previous_versions/
The -src version does not contain pre-generated Makefiles. They are
regenerated in the build process.

When preparing a new release, there are several things to remember:
- Refresh reduce-doxygen-doc.diff patch by invoking the following command
from toplevel directory:
$ debian/fix_doxygen.sh
