This example tries to stress the Event_Service by sending a
continuos stream of events, the user can control the size of the
events, the rate and the number of events sent.
To run this test just start the Naming_Service, the Event_Service and then
start
$ ./ECT_Consumer
and after that
$ ./ECT_Supplier
