device/logging: downgrade log level of "Activation: Stage x of 5" messages
Only downgrade the <info> levels to <debug>. Leave warnings unchanged. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1212196 (cherry picked from commit 255f30c3627c43b38720001309bf36112b91d6f5)
