cli: remove unnecessary workaround for clearing team link watchers and runner-tx-hash

This is fixed in libnm. Resetting the GObject property clears the list
of watchers and tx-hashes.

Since nmcli requires a libnm version >= itself, this workaround
is no longer necessary.
