no corresponding config.m4, and therefore no unix module named
mod_lbmethod_rr.
This module was apparently abandoned prior to API changes that
preceeded 2.4.1 and therefore never belonged in the 2.4.x GA.
Remove the last references from branches/2.4.x, and we can deal
later with whether or not this subsists on trunk/...

Support mod_http2 in cmake-based build for Windows.
Leave LoadModule of mod_http2 commented-out by default.
Merge r1706635 from trunk:
mod_http2 larger with 64-bit VS 2012 RelWithDebInfo build

Add experimental cmake-based build system for Windows.
(Support for both trunk and 2.4.x has been removed for this first commit
to the 2.4.x branch.)
Thanks tdonovan for sharing your earlier version! A lot
of good stuff is from Tom; a lot of bad stuff is from me.
