* Makefile.am (FETCHFILES, fetch): Do not fetch lib/Automake/XFile.pm
and lib/Automake/Struct.pm from Autoconf. * lib/Automake/XFile.pm: Update comment, Automake is now the master for this file. Cosmetic changes.
