* automake.in (scan_autoconf_traces): Handle AC_CONFIG_LINKS.
(handle_configure): Handle adding AC_CONFIG_LINKS arguments to
distclean targets (CONFIG_CLEAN_FILES makefile var).
* NEWS: Note new handling of AC_CONFIG_LINKS.
