tests: add basic semantic tests on C++ support
Strange as it might seem, we were still missing them (yikes).
* t/cxx-demo.sh: New test.
* t/cxx-lt-demo.sh: Likewise (using libtool).
* t/list-of-tests.mk: Add them.
