* m4/strip.m4 (AM_PROG_INSTALL_STRIP): Don't call AM_PROG_STRIP.
Set INSTALL_STRIP_PROGRAM_ENV to `$(STRIP)', not `$STRIP'.
(AM_PROG_STRIP): Commented out.
