[ng] texi: more target-specific variables use in '.info' build rules
* lib/am/texibuild.am: Rewrite '.info' targets' recipes and dependencies
to use the target-specific variable 'am__makeinfoflags', set from the
'%MAKEINFOFLAGS%' transform.
