* tc-hppa.c (elf_hppa_reloc_type): Renamed from elf32_hppa_reloc_type. (hppa_gen_reloc_type): Conditionalize on BFD64. (tc_gen_reloc): Re-enable ELF relocations. * tc-hppa.h (TARGET_FORMAT): Handle elf64-hppa format.
