* gdbarch.sh (CALL_DUMMY_LOCATION): Default to AT_ENTRY_POINT. (USE_GENERIC_DUMMY_FRAMES): Default to true. (PC_IN_CALL_DUMMY): Default to generic_pc_in_call_dummy. * gdbarch.c, gdbarch.h: Re-generate. * inferior.h (USE_GENERIC_DUMMY_FRAMES): Delete macro definition. (CALL_DUMMY_LOCATION): Delete macro definition.
