(YYSIZE_T, YYSTACK_ALLOC, YYSTACK_FREE):
Do not infringe on the global user namespace when using C++. (YYFPRINTF, YYSTDERR): New macros, needed for the above. All uses of `fprintf' and `stderr' changed.
