As for the license, I have no problem with that. You have my full permission to use the Boost Software License 1.0, or any other future variant. By the way, it seems that it is not referrenced at all in the documentation. May I suggest you to set a link to adjacency_list_io.hpp (marked with a star) in libs/graph/doc/table_of_contents.html near AT&T Graphviz Read/Write Utilities ?
