Deprecate #{lines,bytes,chars,codepoints} of IO-likes.
* io.c (rb_io_lines, rb_io_bytes, rb_io_chars, rb_io_codepoints):
Deprecate IO#{lines,bytes,chars,codepoints} and those of ARGF.
