rbd-mirror: cache local and remote pool meta properties for all pools
When replicating cloned images across pools, the replayer will need access to the meta from the parent image pool. By caching the data, it avoids the need to have the image replayer query the parent pools. Signed-off-by: Jason Dillaman <dillaman@redhat.com>
