- add entry to debian/changelog, with proper version

- git tag version
- build debs for amd64, i386
- email ml + post news entry

- upload release tarball

- make matching commit, tag for ceph-client.git

- pull into -standalone.git
- update -standalone.git debian/changelog to match
- upload backport tarball
- update debian changelog (will get clobbered.. bleh)
- build backport .deb
