* INSTALL: Likewise.
* INSTALL: Updated to depend on automake 1.9 and libtool 1.5.
* autogen.sh: Likewise.
* configure.ac (AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE): Depend on automake 1.9, support
long paths in dist tarball.
