* java/awt/Container.java:
(dispatcher): Removed field.
(dispatchEventImpl): Removed lightweight dispatching.
(addNotifyContainerChildren): Removed LightweightDispatcher
handling.
(LightweightDispatcher): Removed class.
* java/awt/LightweightDispatcher.java: New class.
* java/awt/Toolkit.java
(Toolkit): Install LightweightDispatcher in global listener
array.
