* org/omg/CORBA/ORB.java (string_to_object): Documentation update.
* gnu/CORBA/Functional_ORB.java (string_to_object): Rewritten.
(ior_to_object): New method.
* gnu/CORBA/NamingService/NameParser.java: New file.
