dojo: Update battery, gpio configs and rename all comments
Update battery, gpio configs and rename all comments for dojo. For battery config, the battery and gauge specs are attached in the bug tracker. For gpio config, since this is the new created board variant, the BOARD_CONFIGs should be removed. BUG=b:213000777 BRANCH=none TEST=make sure all battery charging, discharging, cut-off work.
