drobit: Implement LED function
Update LED behavior by Marketing spec. BUG=b:174924448 BRANCH=firmware-volteer-13521.B TEST=make BOARD=drobit Verify LED behavior with below items 1. DC mode : S0/S3/S5 2. AC mode : S0/S3/S5 3. battery low : S0/S3/S5 4.
