kindred: modify power button timeout
ensure wake up from MURATA battery takes some seconds,
to come back out of its disconnect. Setting
CONFIG_POWER_BUTTON_INIT_TIMEOUT to 2 second.

TEST=check power on, plug in AC after battery cutoff
