Zork: Use FW_CONFIG for IOEX_MST_HPD_OUT.
Move mst_hpd_interrupt() out of variant_trembyle.c into individual
boards. Use FW_CONFIG to only enable IOEX_MST_HPD_OUT interrupt
when appropriate.
