hayato: Fix icm40608 will pending when gryo set offset value.
Because the configuration "icm426xx_base_gyro" miss setting "drv_data".
It will cause icm40608 will pending when gyro set offset value.

BRANCH=asurada
TEST=manual
1. ectool motionsense offset 1 0 0 0
2. watch ectool motionsense => Check icm40608 sesnor.
