cosmetic fixes for max32660/i2c_regs.h
This CL cleans up the max32660/i2c_regs.h file.
The following changes were made:
* Comments are before the define
* Some alignment was done to make it look better
* Removed casting to uint32_t since it is not needed
* Removed parenthesis where they were not needed
* Removed comments that were not adding any value
No logic was changed.
These changes are needed in order to apply a clean COIL patch.
