zephyr: lazor: Enable Tablet Mode Switch config
Enable the Tablet Mode Switch config to fix activating Tablet Mode on
Lazor.
BUG=b:188147017
BRANCH=none
TEST=Build and flash Zephyr on Lazor, boot to OS and verify that
Chormebook switches to the Tablet Mode after 'tabletmode on' console
command.
