Trogdor: Change for rev-2 board
Change the EC chip variant from NPCX7M7WB to NPCX7M6FC.
This is an incompatible change. It breaks the earlier rev-0
and rev-1 boards. So block building their images.

TEST=Build the Trogdor image.
