TCPMv2: Handle unexpected VDM REQ message during discovery
It's observed some TBT dock send Attention REQ packet during discovery.
The VDM parse function will pass this to Snk.Ready to handle so that
discovery can resume.

TEST=Connect TBT dock and reboot, Enter Mode is successful. And
from kernel side, can see it's enumerated in
/sys/bus/thunderbolt/devices.
