Brask: Initial the baseboard and board
The baseboard/brask and board/brask are copied from the
brya. Two difference are make:
1. change BASEBOARD to brask in the build.mk to point
to the brask.
2. move the generated-gpio.inc to the gpio.inc
BUG=b:191637086
BRANCH=None
TEST=Build passed with:
1.make BOARD=brask
2.make buildall
