zephyr: config: drop a bunch of CONFIG_PLATFORM_EC_PWM=y
Drop all CONFIG_PLATFORM_EC_PWM=y, this is now default if CONFIG_PWM=y
so the platform config is now redundant.
Add explicit CONFIG_PWM=y for npcx_evb configs.
