Revert "gimble: configure PPVAR_SYS"
This reverts commit 9c379fca35116534de74aceec99a50d106f947e2.
Reason for revert: <This will let battery charging keep at 0.4A, power team is checking on it. Before that, I think we need to revert this change.>
