nautilus: enable gyro and accelerometer.
BUG=b:69399214 BRANCH=none TEST=build/flash on nautilus. check motionsense with ectool ectool motionsense lid_angle ectool motionsense odr 2 12500 ectool motionsense check tablet mode/clamshell mode.
