Revert "pd_alt_mode_dfp: Default to 4 lanes of DP"

This reverts commit 7991e4d1f705c84966b382219f194804380b79ab.

Reason for revert: Maintaining status quo until Chrome OS UI has
the ability for a user to report if this change works well for them.
