docs/fingerprint: Resolve contradictory FPMCU factory flashing instructions
In fingerprint-factory-requirements.md, we said we don't recommend using

fingerprint-factory-quick-guide.md recommended using
"update_fpmcu_firmware.py" (which uses "flash_fp_mcu").
