zephyr: improve tcpc emulator creation
Rework the TCPC emulators architecture. A separate general TCPCI
emualtor is now not needed for a scific chip emulator.
Only one DTS node should be created per the TCPC emulator and
the TCPCI_EMUL_DEFINE macro should be used.
