icelake: Cleanup GPIO_PCH_DSW_PWROK
Change GPIO_EC_PCH_DSW_PWROK to GPIO_PCH_DSW_PWROK to match convention
for EC to PCH signals used by other Intel processors (specifically
cannonlake already used GPIO_PCH_DSW_PWROK).
