Falco: Disable IFAULT_HI on the BQ24738 charger
Partners are adamant that this needs doing. Whatever...

You can run the "charger" command on the EC console to see that the option
bits have been changed. I couldn't reproduce the original complaint, so I
don't know if this solves it.
