zephyr: tests: Migrate i2c test to Twister
1. Add a testcase.yaml file with a single case (i2c.default)
2. Move the DTS file to a default location where Twister will find it
(boards/native_posix.overlay) and update BUILD.py, too
3. Add a necessary include (<board-overlays/native_posix.dts>) to the
DTS overlay
