flash_ec: change ec_reset to gsc_ec_resetstabilize-quickfix-15278.72.B-mainstabilize-15278.64.B-mainrelease-R110-15278.B-main
After CL:4108949, the ec_reset have changed to gsc_ec_reset.
This CL will avoid flash error due to No control named "ec_reset".
