iteflash: retry the special waveform sequence without delay
On the special case,if you set the I2C pin as GPIO output low status.
It can't flash after booting.
You can press Reset Button before flash EC FW to do the operation
successfully.

TEST=1.Set GLK-RVP-ITE board I2C Channel setting as gpio output low
(GPIO PIN A4 A5)
2.Flash FW => Fail
Flash FW + Press Reset Button => OK
