rex: Add auto-generated gpio device tree nodes
This CL adds GPIO device tree file which was autogenerated via
ec/util/pinmap/ using the input .csv file rex_gpio.csv. The utility
does not include the pinmap key/value pairs required for alternate
functions. Those values are added in rex.dts.
This CL also enables CONFIG_ADC and CONFIG_I2C as both I2C and ADC
nodes are contained in generated.dts.
Note: The input spreadsheet is missing information for enum-names for
some of the I2C ports and those were manually edited. The input
spreadsheet will be fixed in a subsequent CL.
