ec: Add a random #line directive
At commit 84c8a5abc4816fe9f5b4b300dc400fd32ed95dc9 for the frostflow
build, gcc gets the line numbers wrong, and therefore the coverage
report is off by 320 lines. Adding this #line 17 fixes the problem.
