* cleanup: DECLARE_CONSOLE_COMMAND only needs 4 argsBill Richardson2016-08-241-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Since pretty much always, we've declared console commands to take a "longhelp" argument with detailed explanations of what the command does. But since almost as long, we've never actually used that argument for anything - we just silently throw it away in the macro. There's only one command (usbchargemode) that even thinks it defines that argument. We're never going to use this, let's just get rid of it. BUG=none BRANCH=none CQ-DEPEND=CL:*279060 CQ-DEPEND=CL:*279158 CQ-DEPEND=CL:*279037 TEST=make buildall; tested on Cr50 hardware Everything builds. Since we never used this arg anyway, there had better not be any difference in the result. * Enforce compilation without system headersStefan Reinauer2016-02-031-0/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | This patch introduces HOST_CPPFLAGS to be used for all objects being compiled with HOSTCC rather then the target compiler. Since glibc is not linked into the EC, no glibc include files should be included in the EC code base. Hence, create local definitions for clock_t and wchar_t that match what the glibc include would have done, and remove some unneeded includes. Due to very eager optimization, we have to give gcc a little notch to not kick out memset. * emulator: Keep fail count across sysjumpVic (Chun-Ju) Yang2014-01-081-1/+34
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | When jumping between image copies, we need to preserve the test fail count. Otherwise tests failed before the jump would be silently ignored. * Host commands don't set the response pointerRandall Spangler2013-08-021-7/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Remove support for allowing host command handlers to set the response pointer. This is just one more thing that can break (and did, on SPI protocol V2). No commands other than the trivial read-memory-map command in host_command.c and flash read made use of this capability, and the savings in performance was negligible.
