In the interest of making long-term branch maintenance incur as little
technical debt on us as possible, we should not maintain any files on
the branch we are not actually using.
This has the added effect of making it extremely clear when merging CLs
from the main branch when changes have the possibility to affect us.
The follow-on CL adds a convenience script to actually pull updates from
the main branch and generate a CL for the update.

The ICM driver is currently using I2C_PORT_ACCEL incorrectly as a
CONFIG_ value.
Update the use cases to a new config option that selects between SPI
and I2C communication specifically for the chip. To avoid a lot of
device.h changes, the value of the config value is automatically
inferred if not explicitly set.

When using accel low-power with WakeUp oscillator, turning gyro
on switch directly to PLL mode and provokes glitch on ODR.
Use RC clock oscillator for accel low-power to avoid this glitch.

There is an option in the task_set_event function which force
the calling task to wait for an event. However, the option is never
used thus remove it.
This also will help in the Zephyr migration process.

When AP changes range, unlike offset or ODR, it was not surviving init()
call. If the sensor is powered off in S3, at resume the range would be
back to the default.
To make it consistent with other attributes, remember range change until
EC powers down.
- remove get_range
- add current_range to store the range currently used.
This is modifiable by the AP
- when the AP shutdown, revert current_range to default_range
- Remove const attribute for sensor structure when init and set_range is
called.
