The extentions were added to make the compiler perform most
of the verification that the conversion was being done correctly
to remove 8bit addressing as the standard I2C/SPI address type.
Now that the compiler has verified the code, the extra
extentions are being removed

Opt for 7bit slave addresses in EC code. If 8bit is
expected by a driver, make it local and show this in
the naming.
Use __7b, __7bf and __8b as name extensions for i2c/spi
addresses used in the EC codebase. __7b indicates a
7bit address by itself. __7bf indicates a 7bit address
with optional flags attached. __8b indicates a 8bit
address by itself.
Allow space for 10bit addresses, even though this is
not currently being used by any of our attached
devices.
These extensions are for verification purposes only and
will be removed in the last pass of this ticket. I want
to make sure the variable names reflect the type to help
eliminate future 7/8/7-flags confusion.

Port80 information and power sequencing states can be displayed on the
7-segment so that we can observe its information without connecting a
debugger. Adding this CL to initialize and write to the 7-segment display.
For port80, 80(data) gets displayed on the seven segment, for the
power states, EC(state) gets displayed on the seven segment.
The MAX6958/MAX6959 is a compact multiplexed common - cathode display
designed to interface microprocessors with seven - segment numerical LED
digits or to discrete LEDs via a 2-wire serial interface compatible with
SMBusTM and I2C. The 2-wire serial interface uses fixed logic thresholds
of 0.8V/2.1V when the display driver is powered from a 5V supply for
compatibility with 2.5V and 3.3V systems.

OZ554ALN asserts the interrupt when it's ready for writing settings
and settings are cleared when it's turned off (i.e. S3/S5).
Therefore, we do not need to toggle the interrupt on power state
transitions. This patch makes the interrupt enabled on HOOK_INIT.
It's assumed the device doesn't have a lid. For clamshell devices,
different interrupt & power control scheme may be needed.

On whiskers, after setting up the banks, the backlight blinks
for a short duration (~100ms).
This can be prevented by setting the brightness only ~100ms after
setting up the rest of the registers. We probably do not want
to sleep for too long in the init function, so set the brightness
in a deferred function.

It appears that, on startup, LM3630A starts by assuming some high
input PWM value, so when the brightness is set to 0xff, it first
drives the output, and slowly dims it as the PWM input LPF takes
effect (takes about 50ms).
We workaround this issue by adding a 261ms start-up ramp, to
prevent LM3630A from driving backlight right after the brightness
value is set. AFAICT, this has no effect on the user, even when
transitioning from off to on backlight, as the ramp only applies
when the brightness is first set.

It also helps gcc 8.1's lto linking which seems to not inline it (since
inline is just a hint) but then drops the function (presumably because
it's small, marked inline, and comes with no prototype).

Since pretty much always, we've declared console commands to take
a "longhelp" argument with detailed explanations of what the
command does. But since almost as long, we've never actually used
that argument for anything - we just silently throw it away in
the macro. There's only one command (usbchargemode) that even
thinks it defines that argument.
We're never going to use this, let's just get rid of it.

This unifies all the EC header files to use __CROS_EC_FILENAME_H
as the include guard. Well, except for test/ util/ and extra/
which use __TEST_ __UTIL_ and __EXTRA_ prefixes respectively.

Previously, it was really confusing whether I2C_PORT_HOST meant the
port where the EC was the master, or the port used to talk to the AP.
No functional changes, just a global find/replace and some tidying of
unused comments.

Device-specific headers belong in driver/ or chip/. The include/
directory should be for common interfaces.
Code should not normally need to include driver-specific headers. If
it does, it should use the full relative path from the EC project root
(for example, drivers/charger/bq24715.h).

The common/ subdir was getting cluttered. Move drivers for external
components to a new driver/ tree, and move what used to be called
chipset_*.c to a new power/ directory.
This does not move/rename header files or CONFIG options. That will
be done in subsequent steps, since moving and modifying .c files in
the same CL is harder to review.
