Building a single buffer for crc calculation is often inefficient, so
add a new function that calculates crc8 from an existing crc8.

TEST=Manual on sentry with subsequent commit. Verify that smbus
communication with battery is functional.

This unifies all the EC header files to use __CROS_EC_FILENAME_H
as the include guard. Well, except for test/ util/ and extra/
which use __TEST_ __UTIL_ and __EXTRA_ prefixes respectively.
