It'll be difficult to keep all locations in sync. This patch replaces the comment duplicated in all ec.tasklist with a pointer to the CONFIG_TASK_LIST definition. The macro will be described in a single place (just like all/most other macros). 	Update header, C code, and tweak the assembly for ARMv7-M. Rename aes_now_* functions to AES_* to avoid the need for a separate wrapper. Also add a test with FIPS-197 test vectors, and speed test.
